Cancellation & Transfer Policy
| The local organising committee must be notified of a cancellation of the registration. Only cancellations in writing are accepted. Refunds will be made after the general assembly. Cancellation fees apply to paid registration fees, as well as paid fees for social programme and optional tours. The following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations before 20 May 2012: - full refund of amounts paid minus a handling fee of 300 CNY on the paid value Cancellations before 20 June 2012: - full refund of amounts paid minus a handling fee of 25% on the paid value Cancellations before 20 July 2012: - full refund of amounts paid minus a handling fee of 75% on the paid value Cancellations on or after 21 July 2012: - no refund on amounts paid Cancellation due to visa problems - full refund of amounts paid minus a handling fee of 300 CNY before 31 July. I document needs to be shown that the has submitted a visa application before 30 June and that this application has been been refused (evidence required). For the refund, please notice that 3% will be charged by the credit card company. |
